Age Verification

We reserve the right to ask for I.D. if necessary. You must be 18 to obtain and use a credit card and to purchase tobacco products. In instances in which credit card verification is not enough, we may card. This means you will be asked to fax a legible copy of your identification clearly showing your age. Customers, who live in Alaska, Alabama, New Jersey, or Utah, should be prepared to provide this to us. Parcels containing tobacco that leave our warehouse may be shipped AGE SENSITIVE ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED and marked “AGE SENSITIVE RECIPIENT MUST BE 18”


Shipping & Delivery

Any orders received before 3pm EST will be shipped on the same day subject to availability of the product. Your satisfaction is guaranteed of the freshness of the products. We thoroughly check the product before we ship. We ship by USPS or UPS depending on the quantity.

Back Order: If the cigar product you purchased is on backorder you would be advised via e-mail. Depending on the product ordered it might take anywhere from 7-10 business days or sometimes even longer, it all really depends on if that product is available through the manufacturers. You will receive an e-mail will ask you to advise us if you wish to let your order stand or if you wish to cancel your order.

Privacy & Security

All the orders processed through secure socket layer (SSL) encryption, to ensure our online order processing fully secured and safe of all the credit card transactions.  We never share or sell any information of our customers such as name, address or email. We only use your information to process and ship the order and further to assist you in your future inquiries of previously shipped or the status of the shipping.

Credit Card Payments:

Address Verification

All billing address information you provide must match up in our address verification system with that of the cardholder. If this does not match, your order may be held until this is resolved or until you provide a matching address.

Credit Card Fraud

We take credit card fraud very seriously. For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled. 

Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.


Returns & Replacements

Damages: If the order appears to be damaged, refuse delivery. Once we receive the damaged goods, we will we re-ship the order. 
Shipping in error: If you have received an item that was shipped in error, please call us within 3 business days and we will pay for return shipping and credit you accordingly. However, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS after 3 days, in such cases.
In all other cases the customers will have to bear the return shipping costs plus 20% restocking fees.  
Please call or email our customer service department for a RAN (Return Authorization Number).



. It is the sole responsibility of each purchaser to comply with any and all applicable laws of your particular jurisdiction regarding the payment of taxes.

We reserve the right to limit quantity on all Orders.
