Damages: If the order appears to be damaged, refuse delivery. Once we receive the damaged goods, we will we re-ship the order. 

Return Policy: When package is received please test all electronic devices to ensure proper operation.  If the device is malfunctioning, please return the product to us within 7 days for a replacement only.  We will also include a free bottle of E-juice to cover shipping charges.  

Shipping in error: If you have received an item that was shipped in error, please call us within 3 business days and we will pay for return shipping and credit you accordingly. However, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS after 3 days, in such cases.
In all other cases the customers will have to bear the return shipping costs plus 20% restocking fees.
